User Testing Workshops

We'll run a user testing workshop on your behalf.

After identifying the key user personas for your product we’ll hire matching candidates to run a workshop with.

Note that during COVID19 all workshops are being done remotely.

Deliverables:

You’ll receive a detailed report on our findings that will include:

• Video recordings of users interacting with the web site or application.
• Transcripts of user interviews.
• Questionnaire results.
• A detailed analysis of our findings.
• And a breakdown of actionable tasks that can be used by designers, developers, and product to improve your product.
